Ripple has reclaimed the fourth place in the CMC100-ranking where it has remained throughout most of 2020. The price of XRP dropped sharply in December 2020 after the Ripple Foundation was sued by the SEC. The foundation has since won a few legal skirmishes, but the courts are still in the early stages of trial.
