As blockchain technology gets further mainstream adoption, students and the next generation of young entrepreneurs show that they have some knowledge of the technology.
In an interview with Cointelegraph, Greg Siourounis, managing director of the Sui Foundation, spoke about their efforts to establish a blockchain academy in collaboration with the United Arab Emirates-based school, the American University of Sharjah (AUS).
Siourounis said that the goal of the initiative was to increase awareness within the study body about blockchain and its usability for creating applications and platforms that can solve problems. He shared that they will conduct seminars and run workshops geared toward educating youngsters about what blockchain can and cannot do.
